STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics which are growing fields in our world today. Computer programing, game developing, website engineering and robotics are rooted in strong STEM fundamentals. Attendees at ELHS STEM Camp will learn problem solving, how to collaborate with a team, and gain a deeper awareness of STEM through various activities. STEM activities for grades 6-9 are affordable inquiry and project-based activities to visualize data across science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum.

This camp is highly organized to give your child quality skill-specific instruction to prepare them to play at the middle and high school setting. Basic fundamentals are taught with emphasis on shooting, shooting form, ball handling, and passing skills. Our goal is to provide a memorable experience in a Christian setting while under the constant care and supervision of our qualified coaches. Parents are invited to watch your child’s progress at any time during the camp. Players should bring gym shoes, water bottle, and a sack lunch each day. Players will receive a basketball, a t-shirt, and other items throughout the camp.

This camp is designed to reach all levels of volleyball from beginners to seasoned players.  We cover all the major volleyball skills of passing, setting, hitting, and serving,  Players are given an opportunity to develop their skills at whatever level they need and will get to meet and friend many others from the community in a safe, fun environment.  By the end of the week, we will progress to full scrimmages and games where players will learn the basic rules of the game.  Players should bring gym shoes, knee pads, water bottle, a light snack, and a positive attitude.

This camp is highly organized to give your child quality skill-specific instruction to prepare them to cheer on their team at any level. The campers will learn sideline and timeout cheers, a band dance, and a performance dance routine. They will work on kicks, jumps, form and technique. The campers will participate in games, and arts & crafts each day. There will be a performance for parents, friends, and families on the last day of camp from 2:30-3:30PM. Campers should bring gym shoes, a water bottle, a sack lunch, and a snack each day.
