Three years ago our Mission Advancement office set a 5-year plan to reduce our debt, create financial stability, reorganize the budget and grow enrollment. With the recent payoff of the final individual loans on the Evergreen campus, the only remaining debt for the school is our mortgage. What a blessing this is for our school as we move forward and look to future financial stability.

One of the next steps in our current plan is to establish an emergency fund. With the increased reliance of donations on our current budget, the need for emergency cash becomes important to be prepared for the possibility of decreased giving as well as the ebbs and flows of our budget which will help to prevent future debt, late fees, or delayed payroll.

As we near the end on our five year plan we are asking for a few minutes of your time to provide input to our strategic plan for the next five years. This plan will be instrumental to our administration to hear your opinion on what is important for our students, parents, and Evergreen’s future in continuing our mission to offering a quality, Christ-centered education which prepares God’s children to serve him now and forever.

To develop this plan we are asking for your investment of 15-20 minutes needed to complete this survey. Your feedback is anonymous unless you choose to share your information with select individuals or groups at the end of the survey.

We are asking that this survey be completed by each and every individual in the extended Evergreen family. Husbands and wives should each complete separate surveys, as should each Evergreen student. We are asking for feedback from our alumni, parents, volunteers, Evergreen Association church members, grade schools parents, association and board members, and parents of potential future Evergreen students.

Please complete this survey by October 15, 2019, but one time only!

After the results have been tabulated and we’ve performed the analysis, we look forward to sharing how YOUR investment of time into this survey has had a positive influence on Evergreen’s ministry plans for years to come.

“Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel.” Jeremiah 18:6

Thank you and May God bless you and your family.
