Jodi Justman came to Evergreen in 1998, taking over the choirs and beginning a high school band program. A year later she started the grade school band program which has included up to eight different WELS and ELS grade schools in the past eleven years.
She is a graduate of Bethany Lutheran College (Mankato, MN) and Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN), earning a B.A. degree in music education. She also completed her synod certification through Martin Luther College (New Ulm, MN). Jodi has done post-graduate work at the University of Washington and greatly enjoys attending classes and workshops in continuing music education. She serves as an instrumentalist, singer, and occasional organist at her church and others in the area, and is also a member of the Worship Committee at Holy Trinity.
Miss Justman has had the honor of serving as a clinician for two WELS Choral Festivals, in 2005 and 2008. She also led a choral reading workshop at the WELS National Conference on Worship, Music, and the Arts in July 2008.
Jodi enjoys sports, traveling, reading, following the Green Bay Packers, and the great outdoors, and music (of course!). She is a very proud aunt of five nieces and nephews, and tries to visit them as often as she can!
