The Evergreen Lutheran High School Board of Directors is served by 12 ELS/WELS members of the Pacific Northwest. These men serve the school with their time and talents as volunteers in the Pacific Northwest Lutheran High School Association.

The Board of Directors meets monthly and reviews reports received from the Board members and takes action on issues that have authority vested with the Board. The Board's primary function is to oversee the operation of the high school and ensure that the school operates according to the constitution and bylaws established and ratified by the Pacific Northwest Lutheran High School Association.

The ELHS Board of Directors regularly reports to the Pacific Northwest Lutheran High School Association and brings pertinent matters of business before the Association for review and approval.
