What athletic teams are offered at ELHS?
Evergreen Lutheran is part of the SeaTac 1B League and offers the following:
Fall: Boys and Girls soccer, Volleyball, Football, Cheer
Winter: Boys and Girls basketball, Cheer
Spring: Boys and Girls Track & Field, Softball, Baseball
How can I be involved at ELHS?
We strive to offer a variety of extra-curricular programs so students can participate in various activities. You could be involved in Drama, Knowledge Bowl, National Honor Society, Chapel singing, Student Council, AV Club, Festival choir, Pep band. We also encourage students to begin clubs in a field of their interest i.e. Economics club, Chess club, Robotics club.

Where is Evergreen Lutheran located?
Our campus is in Tacoma at 72nd and Waller Road East (7306 Waller Rd E, Tacoma, 98443). We reside on a 30 acre campus with a modern facility equipped with spacious classrooms, commons area, as well as a full size gymnasium and practice fields.
How will I get to school each day?
ELHS offers two different bus routes as a convenience to our student families. There is an additional fee if your student rides the morning and evening tranportation. You may also drive your own car or carpool with other students.
Why is a Lutheran education so expensive?
The total cost of educating students at Evergreen Lutheran High School is offset by the generous financial gifts from individuals, our 21 association congregations, other congregational support, and your tuition. We receive no money from Washington State as we are a private school. Our actual per student cost is $15,750 for 2017-18.
Do you offer financial aid?
We do offer financial aid to all applicants - you will find the application for financial aid on the TADS website and is included as part of our enrollment process.
